Quite possibly the coolest restaurant in London. With its celebrity clientele and glamorous Knightsbridge location, you can see why the “it” crowd come flocking every night. But not only that, Zuma is contemporary Japanese food at its finest.

The sake bar in front of you on arrival is well worth an aperitif. You can order food here but this bar is so popular, you will be lucky to get a seat and standing up eating soft shelled crab or baby ribs whilst holding your glass can be a juggling act.

Some of the prime tables are overlooking the open plan kitchen so you can see the chefs cooking in front of you.

If you fancy bringing a group of friends, book a kokatsu – one of the two private dining rooms at the back. The sunken tables give a thoroughly authentic Japanese experience and while divided from the main restaurant, the partitions are open wooden screens so you get a private feel without losing any of the Zuma buzz.
